My husband and I had our honeymoon and made a stop in Venice. I immediately knew that I wanted to take a pasta making class while I was there so after researching, I came across Mama Isa's classes and I must say, she has exceeded our expectations! We both are deaf so I wasn't sure what to expect. Safe to say, Mama Isa and her husband/sous chef were very accommodating and went above and beyond to ensure that we didn't miss anything. On top of that, they spoiled us with delicious and fresh ingredients straight from the source and we absolutely loved our meal we created together. I know that every time I will make a trip to Venice, I absolutely will be taking her classes over and over again.

My husband and I took a vegan pasta making class with Chef Isa where we made cavatelli & tomato sauce. As we were making the pasta, she educated us about each ingredient. After making it, we got to enjoy our pasta with fresh sourdough focaccia and a red wine. Everything was delicious! Chef Isa is so warm, welcoming, and knowledgeable!

Cooking with Chef Isa and her husband was the highlight of our two week long trip. They made us feel so comfortable and we learned so many tips and tricks from them! Everything we had was absolutely delicious and made with so much care. The recipe book is such a prized souvenir for us that we cannot wait to share with our families.
