What a wonderful place to visit. We went on February 4th and had a great time. Chalay (sorry if I spelled that wrong) helped us with the stingrays and Sosh (also sorry if I spelled that wrong) helped us with our dolphin swim. It was magical and they are exceptionally staffed. My only recommendation would be potentially lowering the price of the photo package and raising the price elsewhere. I want these guys to make their money but I think the photo package is too expensive. Please give Chalay and Sosh all the praise. Great great staff

🐬 Dolphin Cove in Ocho Rios was an absolute highlight of my stop in Jamaica. I visited as part of a shore excursion while sailing on a Norwegian Cruise Line itinerary, and the experience exceeded expectations. The location is beautiful and well-organized, with clear attention to guest safety and animal care. The staff were professional, friendly, and did a great job explaining what to expect, which made the activities both comfortable and exciting. The dolphin interaction was unforgettable, and the overall atmosphere was energetic and welcoming. I genuinely had so much fun, and it was one of the most memorable excursions of my entire cruise. I would highly recommend Dolphin Cove Ocho Rios to anyone visiting Jamaica, especially cruise passengers looking for a well-run and enjoyable experience.

We had sooo much fun. Romario our instructor was excellent!! He made our experience unforgettable. But go early the lineup to pay was very slow. We waited almost an hour in line. Even if you book online you stand in the same line as everyone who didn’t

This was an amazing experience! My toddler and I had an encounter with the dolphins, it was so much fun. My 3 year old was a terrified because it was a new experience for her but the trainer helped to calm her and didn’t force her to do anything she wasn’t comfortable doing. Great family experience. The food here is a bit pricey but I’ll give the overall place a 5 star because the experience was amazing!

This was my second visit to Dolphin Cove, and I can see they've made a lot of improvements since my first visit many years ago. The place is very scenic, and the dolphin experience is absolutely top tier. It was a bit scary walking on the platform and getting into the water, but overall, it was an incredible interaction. That said, the staff experience left much to be desired. Almost all of the workers were not pleasant. There was an undertone in their attitude and a bit of roughness in how they spoke to guests. One staff member even told the man in front of me that she would laugh if he fell, and she repeatedly told people to turn back if they were afraid instead of reassuring them that they would be okay and that their life jackets would help. The platform in the water was also very slippery, which made it even more nerve-wracking. Despite that, I’m really glad my nieces pushed through their fear and went into the water. The pool area is lovely and provides a nice space for children to relax and play under supervision. They also have a restaurant and an ice cream parlor, though I didn't visit them. In the bird aviary, the men working there seemed uninterested and disengaged. I hate to think their attitude was due to us being locals, as I know many don’t tip, though I did. The lobby area was crowded and poorly managed, and again, the staff at registration were not welcoming. The beach area is very small, but the waterslide was lovely and fun. Despite the poor attitude from many of the staff, I would return for the experience itself and the beautiful surroundings.
