We did the 1.5 hour speedboat tour and had a great time. Our guide was excellent and took us around the Mangroves to see interesting wild life. We saw an alligator resting and soaking sun on the side of water in the area where a couple of boats were docked. We saw a bunch of iguanas on the tree tops in the mangroves. We also saw a few unique birds waiting around next to the alligator. The speedboat ride itself was quite a thrill ride with maneuvers at maximum speed. The ride was quite scenic as well with beautiful views of the marina and the ocean and various buildings along the route. It was beautiful, sunny day to be out on the water and made more enjoyable by our excellent and knowledgeable tour guide. I highly recommend speedboat tour with Jungle Tour Adventure.
We did the 1.5 hour speed boat tour this morning at 9am with captain Jimmy. He was absolutely amazing. Instructions were very easy to understand and thorough. We felt very safe the entire time and saw some amazing parts of Cancun that we never would’ve seen driving or walking around. This was an amazing experience and would highly recommend for anyone interested in booking. They offer photo services along with drone footage of your trip. We saw amazing wildlife like crocodiles, iguanas and birds. We will definitely be back.
We had a great time on the speed boat & snorkeling tour with our guide, Jimmy. We easily walked to the dock from our hotel across the street. Logistics were smooth and fast upon arrival. The boat was simple to drive and very fun. Start out by jetting across the lagoon, then through a mangrove forest (saw an egret, lots of cormorants & pelicans), and finally out into the ocean. The snorkeling was good too, got to see two underwater sculptures, a sea turtle, and lots of colorful fish. We then took the reverse trip back in our speed boat. It started raining on the way back but it was still fun! (Side note the day we’d originally scheduled our tour was too windy to snorkel so the company contacted us a couple hours beforehand and allowed us to reschedule for the following day) I would recommend this tour, seems like a great value.
We had an absolutely incredible experience with Captain Carlos! He was so clear with his instructions, was funny, and genuinely made the experience so wonderful. The boating component was so fun! The boats are quick and fairly easy to maneuver, and Carlos did all the tough work of tying us up together and helping to bring us in safely. The snorkelling, which I’d initially thought was a fun bonus, was almost the highlight of this tour! Because we were a small group it was so much easier to swim alongside Carlos, and he found so many cool things to point out to us: a sea turtle, a squid, a massive parrot fish, trumpet fish, and a pufferfish! In all my years of snorkelling in Mexico I’d never seen a pufferfish, so that was a highlight. Highly recommend!
