Visitors to Cancun can experience an exhilarating water adventure with Jet Ski and Sea-Doo Wave Runner rentals across the turquoise waters of Nichupté Lagoon. The activity offers guests the chance to take control of their own watercraft and glide across a scenic tropical setting, combining speed, freedom, and breathtaking coastal views. Suitable for both beginners and experienced riders, the experience requires no prior license or training.

Before heading out, participants receive a comprehensive safety briefing and equipment orientation from professional instructors. Once prepared, riders enter a designated 400-meter water zone that provides ample space for safe navigation while remaining under constant supervision. This controlled environment ensures that guests can enjoy the thrill of jet skiing with confidence and peace of mind.

Each jet ski accommodates up to two passengers, making the experience ideal for couples, friends, or families looking to share an adventurous outing. All necessary equipment, including life jackets and fuel, is provided, allowing guests to focus entirely on enjoying the ride. Riders have the flexibility to cruise at a relaxed pace or accelerate for a more adrenaline-filled experience across the lagoon’s open waters.

With trained staff monitoring all activities from start to finish, safety remains a top priority throughout the experience. Really upsetting experience, having bought it for my partner for their birthday, the first booked date was cancelled and it was difficult to hear back from Alex to rebook, was relieved when he sent a date (today 27th sept) we showed up, prepared at the meeting time and no one was there, he did not answer the phone and eventually text back to say the season is over, we should have got a text or email. We certainly got neither. A suggestion to extend the voucher until next year was given in the text however I have not heard back since and calls are unanswered and messages not delivered.

I got as a birthday gift a voucher from GROUPON, so far It’s been over 3 attempts of booking, very hard to hear it back I finally got it booked and they cancelled due to weather conditions but it’s a lie sunniest day (rare day in Ireland) change it very hardly to another day, asked for day-off to finally make it happen, and they cancelled again now for LACK OF PEOPLE? Like they only came up with excuses so my voucher get expired and I won’t be able to redeem it! Total Scheme! Don’t buy from them, DON’T use GROUPON either!

I am trying to contact them. I sent an e mail and rang several times with no reply. Is this a scam? I would like to book your next available date. Could you put my name down and contact me. I have already paid.
