We thoroughly enjoyed the Tasting History Tour with Dr. Jane O'Brien in Ennis. She masterfully blended food and history, making every stop both fascinating and delicious. From churning butter to sampling poitín with chocolate, it was so well thought-out —a true taste of Ireland's past and present. We highly recommend this tour!

Great tour! Dr Jane O’Brien is so knowledgeable, patient with all of our questions and accommodated our group so well. You do go into one restaurant but at most of the stops she pulled out samples of food and drink from her “magic” backpack. How did she fit so much in there? We loved learning about how the food and drink figured into Irish history.
