Begin your 3-day whiskey adventure with hotel pick-up in Dublin at 10am. Travel through Ireland’s Ancient East to Powerscourt Estate and Distillery in Wicklow for a guided tour, warehouse visit, and Fercullen whiskey tasting, with leisure time to explore the mansion, gardens, and lunch. Continue to Ballykeefe Distillery near Kilkenny, sampling gin, vodka, poitín, and single pot still and single malt whiskeys, then stay overnight at a 5-star hotel on the edge of Kilkenny.
Next, visit Blackwater Distillery in Ballyduff, Waterford, to sample small-batch gin and historic whiskey recipes, then travel to Rebel City Distillery in Cork for a guided tour and tastings of gin, absinthe, and vodka, with an overnight stay at a 5-star Cork hotel.
Finally, explore Midleton Distillery in East Cork on an extended behind-the-scenes tour of Jameson, Redbreast, and Green Spot whiskeys, including the Cooperage, Maturation Warehouse, and Distiller’s Cottage, with premium tastings and shopping at the store. Return to Dublin with a stop at Cashel to see the Rock of Cashel, arriving around 6:30pm.
