I recently had the opportunity to attend a course on barista skills, and I must say, it was an incredibly enriching experience. The course was well-structured, hands-on practice, which made it easy to grasp even the most intricate details of coffee-making. The instructors Eimhear was highly knowledgeable and passionate about coffee. She gave me a deeper appreciation for the craft. The practical sessions were the highlight of the course. We learned how to tamp different type of coffee such as espresso, latte, mocha, flat white and steam milk to perfection. The hands-on approach helped me gain confidence in my barista skills.
