I recently had the opportunity to attend a course on barista skills, and I must say, it was an incredibly enriching experience. The course was well-structured, hands-on practice, which made it easy to grasp even the most intricate details of coffee-making. The instructors Eimhear was highly knowledgeable and passionate about coffee. She gave me a deeper appreciation for the craft. The practical sessions were the highlight of the course. We learned how to tamp different type of coffee such as espresso, latte, mocha, flat white and steam milk to perfection. The hands-on approach helped me gain confidence in my barista skills.

Fantastic experience for my Transition Year students. Every one of the girls loved the day. Both Margaret, teaching the art of barista, and Eimear, teaching the HACCP training, were clearly experts in their field and delivered the workshops tailored to the needs of the students. Highly recommended.

Training was great. Knew nothing prior to the training and now I not only know a lot more than before but I am also really interested and it would be a great look on your CV and gives you a lot of potential job opportunities. Eimhear did a great job.

I recently completed the 1 day barista course with the Irish Barista Academy. I found the experience engaging and informative. Our trainer Eimhear was a ball of energy and went through everything thoroughly. I completed this course on a Monday, I then had a trial in my local coffee shop on Tuesday and by Wednesday I was offered the job. I owe my success to the Irish Barista Academy. Would certainly recommend this course to anyone with a passion for coffee.

Hi - I booked my 17 year old daughter into the one day Barista course at the Irish Barista Academy to help her get a summer job and she had a great experience with Eimhear and everyone in there. She really enjoyed her day with you and said she learnt lots of good tips not only about being a barista but also about working in the industry in general from food handling to how communicate with your manager etc. Really practical tips that are invaluable to someone who is new to the industry. She said that Eimhear was a great trainer and very interesting - high praise indeed from a teenager!! Thanks so much for a great course.
