Awesome atmosphere. I am visiting from the states. Awesome selection. And good pulls. Will go back again before I leave

I am from the US and I drop by Gamers World every year when visiting my family in Ireland and I can safely say there has been a big drop with the store in the last year or 2 especially with the previous wonderful staff members being replaced by rude and unknowledgeable ones. Whilst I understand the majority of people do not like their career choices that does not mean you should be taking it out on customers with snarky remarks and gestures. I feel like the atmosphere and passion has been sucked out of the store and left with whatever state it is now which is unfortunate. If there was another board game or card game store inside Dublin center I would not hesitate for a second to bring my business there and never step foot inside Gamers World again. Horrendous atmosphere, horrendous service.

If you are looking to buy board games, play 40k, or play magic, this store is pretty alright. But as a PokemonTCG player and recently a Riftbound player, the attitude of this store towards players has been quite negative, showing zero respect to both them as well as the products A massive complaint I've had recently had to do with who I believe is the manager of the store, who seems to not care about "pack limits." Various times, I have witnessed him sell PokemonTCG products with seller limits to customers who are known to have purchased the product already, who were brought up by other staff members. But this new manager did not seem to care, which was frustrating to see and can imagine is quite dismissive for the other employees Yesterday however was quite a shocker for me. I went in looking for Riftbound packs, and when I asked the same manager if they had any packs available he mentioned that there was a "supply issue." In reality, he ADMITTED to selling six booster boxes to an individual customer and said that if I wanted to get packs, to just wait for him to come into the store. This is completely ridiculous and is a hypocritical to the store's general rule of "no reselling inside the store." It's disrespectful to new players who are wanting to try the game out who are unable to find these new packs. I have already reported this store to Riot Games because this is completely unacceptable for a newly released game. Coming here semi regularly over the past year have made me aware about the pain points in this store. Unfortunately, it is the only accessible store for me to attend TCG events due to timetabling issues and distance. However, if there was a better store to attend events at, I would be taking my business elsewhere. It does pain me trying to be part of an awesome TCG community while having terrible management ruin the joy of new releases consistently

Honestly the place looks cool and there is almost anything you can imagine around the place. Felt a little rushed when trying to purchase and the pricing could be more competitive in general. I suppose the thing to keep in mind that some of the patrons don't adhere to personal space boundaries, not the stores fault but something to be aware of when walking in. There is a car park directly across the road if you are looking for a place to stop.

Gamersworld- best way to put it- staff are inexperienced in customer service with very bad habits upper management needs to sort this out. One example such as throwing stamp cards towards customers instead of handing it to them like the customer did. Very unprofessional behaviour and staff should be trained better if you don’t want to be there don’t work there.
