It's a wonderful experience to ride there on horseback and see the jungle, and to reach that waterfall, and swimming there is like being in paradise. I highly recommend it to everyone.

The road to the waterfall is very tiring, so be prepared. You'll spend half the journey on horseback—the road runs through mountainous terrain, with many rocks along the way that the horse's hooves constantly get caught in. So if you think the ride will be relaxing, I'll tell you right away it's not. A lot will depend on the horse driver. The second half of the journey is about a kilometer down to the waterfall, maybe a little more. The water in the waterfall is cool, but that's actually a plus, as after such heat, you'll want to take a dip. You need to be very careful as you descend into the waterfall—there are many rocks, some very sharp, so swim carefully, not using your feet, but rather exploring the water with your hands first. Legend has it that if you want to become a millionaire, you need to swim into the grotto under the waterfall. The return journey is more challenging, as the road goes uphill.
