When in Edinburgh, you must visit the Castle. A guided tour offers a greater perspective than just walking the grounds alone. Raj was an exceptional guide. His knowledgable was intriguing and he gave insight into each of the buildings within the castle walls so you knew where to focus more attention once the tour ended. I only wish I would have opted for the tour that included the Royal Mile and Holyrood Palace since this city offers such rich history.
My wife and I did the Edinburgh Castle tour in October with Ignas. We are usually not fans of guided tours like this, but Ignas provided so much to the tour that we loved it. The length of the tour was just right, and it afforded us time in the castle to do and see what we wanted after. We would give the tour and Ignas our highest recommendation.
