Our vacation here was full of wonderful memories. We had a wonderful time at this hotel, surrounded by a beautiful garden. The food was good, except for the lack of a Polish menu and descriptions of the dishes in the restaurant. The biggest plus was the entertainment team. Roksana, the Polish animator, was wonderful; it was a pleasure to play shuffleboard with her. Tia, from Germany, was also super friendly. Greetings to Eslam, the head of the entertainment group. The fire show was a huge hit, and the party on the terrace on Wednesday was fantastic, and a big round of applause for the dance performances performed by the animators.
I recommend this hotel! Great food, a pleasant, family atmosphere, very friendly service, and spacious rooms. The animators were incredibly kind, funny, and eager to entertain. There are great activities every day, including aquaGym and yoga. Another great feature of the hotel is the area where children's activities take place, making it perfect for families traveling with children! The hotel also has a Polish animator, Roksana, who is very kind and helpful. In the evenings, there are fantastic, engaging performances by the team, who give their all to ensure the performances are unique and appealing to every guest.

Playing shuffleboard with Mo was a blast, and Roksana, the Polish animator, was great. She's helpful and leads excellent yoga classes. Every evening, there's a mini disco for children and a show on the beach or in the amphitheater.

We really enjoyed our stay. The food was surprisingly varied and we never had an evening where one of us was not happy with the choice. Had an enjoyable dinner at the Chinese restaurant. The many pools and the size of the grounds allow plenty of space for everyone to enjoy their stay. Kids had great fun with the waterslides and the lazy river whilst the adult pool and the beach were very calm and relaxing. Staff were always helpful and keen to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Thank you!
