I had a great experience with Sunny Horse Stable. The transport they arranged was on time and everything went smoothly. The guide was really friendly and helpful 🙂horses are well taken care of. I rode a horse named Laura and she was amazing 🧡 I felt safe the whole time. The photos and videos from the ride came out really nice and are a great memory 🤩 If I come back to Hurghada, I’ll definitely be happy to ride with them again and recommend them to others!

From First Ride Nerves to Big Smiles — Desert & Sea Magic in Hurghada We had an absolutely amazing desert and sea horse-riding experience in Hurghada. The guides, Keon and Elzoz, were fantastic — very professional, friendly, and made the entire ride so enjoyable. My 8-year-old son was initially scared as it was his first time on a horse, but they were incredibly patient and reassuring. By the end of the ride, he was completely comfortable and smiling from ear to ear. The atmosphere was fun and relaxed, with Egyptian music playing throughout — our 2- and 3-year-olds even sang along, which made it extra special. A big shout-out to Mahmoud, our photographer, who captured beautiful moments and truly went above and beyond. A perfect family experience combining adventure, laughter, and unforgettable memories. Highly recommended!

9 of us went horse riding. We rode along the beach then they take you in the sea on the horse but when they took the saddles off to go in the sea, we noticed injuries, sores and whip markings so we all refused to ride them back to the stables and walked them back instead. They take you deep in the sea to the point the horse is rearing up to save itself and threw some of us off in the process to which they saw as a great photo opportunity. We just couldn't conceive the idea of putting a saddle back on a wet horse with sores like they had. It would have rubbed even worse. I'm sure the next group will go out on them still but we done what we could. We also refused to buy pics and videos off them too but gave them £1000 Egyptian pound in the hope they'll use it towards medical treatment for the horses. The guy said in 40 years he's never had people refuse to ride them back before but if more people did, maybe they would treat them better?! I was hesitant about leaving a poor review as I don't want to stop people going there and therefore blunt the income that they obviously need to treat the horses but people need to be aware that SOME of the horses are not in the best of health. It had the potential to be a nice excursion as the staff were all friendly etc, it was just spoiled by the poor health of some of the horses. Mine in particular had a very sore looking wound under it's saddle and one front knee was considerably bigger than the other tho we didn't initially notice until we got the swimming part. Our 2 friends who went a few days before us said their horses were in great condition so maybe they just used a few they don't usually use to cater for the amount of us but we'd rather they'd taken us in 2 groups on good horses than 1 group on horses in that condition. Definitely potential to be a nice excursion but PLEASE check your horse before setting off. Whip marks, swollen legs and open wounds are easy for even a novice to spot.

A very special thank you goes to Keo, our guide, who made the entire tour unforgettable. His calm energy, deep knowledge of the horses, and friendly attitude created the perfect atmosphere. He knew exactly how to match each rider with the right horse, gave clear instructions, and made sure we felt safe and confident at every moment. With him, the ride wasn’t just a tour — it was a moment of freedom. Galloping along the shoreline, feeling the warm sun and the sea breeze, was simply breathtaking. It felt like a dream — just me, the horse, and the endless horizon. If you’re in Hurghada and want a truly exceptional horseback riding experience, this stable is the place to go. What an amazing experience! The stables are charming, as was Karim, and the horses are well taken care of. This was the highlight of my 'dive' trip in Hurghada. What made the day exceptional was my guide, Asween–patient, sweet, and kind. He also took pics/videos with my GoPro. (I wish I could post the video compilation I've made--but Google won't let me). Swimming with my beautiful horse is a memory I'll never forget. I highly recommend (to the moon, stars, and back again) Sunny Horse Stable!
