One of the best hotels to stay in Bukhara. We stayed for three nights and were extremely satisfied. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The lobby and the garden area where the rooms are located are also very pleasant, especially in the evenings when it was lovely to sit there. It's within walking distance of the center, but since the road is dark and deserted at night, it's better to take a taxi. However, the city is extremely safe, so you can walk anywhere with peace of mind. The staff were also very polite and helpful. I definitely recommend it. My value for money rating: 9/10

Hotel is walkable to old town, however a bit far compared to other hotels. A special, massive thank you must go to Timur, one of the most attentive and proactive hotel workers we have ever encountered. The scent once you entered the lobby is magnificient, room is okay.

I can’t trust Mercure hotel due to the trouble as follows. To begin with, I had reserved this hotel certainly because travel agency’s app shows this hotel exactly. But when I come here , some clerks said there was no reservation and started making calls another hotel on her own, insisting that it was a reservation for a hotel with similar name. Finally I ended up having no choice but to stay at lower-grade hotel due to midnight , but it turned out that the alternative hotel staff were also unaware that I had a reservation. After all, aren't they doing this to hide overbookings? We could have prepared to pay extra, but unfortunately they just assumed we were poor and went ahead with it. I'm very disappointed as I thought I had secured a very nice hotel. I don't know if it was an overbooking or if the price was not better than expected , but I think they should have contacted me via app in advance. I cannot tolerate such rude behavior. (I haven’t any intention to say bad to alternative hotel I stayed)
