After the new expansion & addition of terminal 2 -Aly airport (before hbe) became very nice & have many cafes & good restaurants, Staff is professional & helpful

Terminal 2 a lot of enhancement specifically the Parking Areas outside the airport. There's convenient toilet for men's & women's. And huge parking. And very clean and pedestrian, keep it up Borg El Arab Airport

Borg El Arab International Airport has improved significantly in recent years. After the recent development and upgrades, the airport is now much more modern, clean, and organized. The check-in and security procedures are smooth, and the staff are professional and helpful. The terminal is well-maintained, with comfortable seating areas and decent facilities for travelers. Transportation to and from the airport has also become easier. It’s clear that a lot of effort has been made to improve the passenger experience. Overall, a great improvement and a much better travel experience than before.

Borg El Arab International Airport, located quite far from the center of Alexandria, can be a bit of a hassle to get to. I had a particularly frustrating experience with taxi drivers refusing to take my fare, or, when they did, insisting on cash instead of card payments. To make matters worse, WizzAir, my airline, didn’t specify which terminal my flight was departing from on the ticket. This led to confusion when the taxi driver dropped me off at Terminal 1. I asked the security staff, and they were rather rude, passing me off to another employee who spoke very little English. He vaguely mentioned that WizzAir “might” be operating from another terminal, and I had only 30 minutes left until check-in closed. I asked if I could walk to the other terminal since I didn’t have cash for another taxi, and they just said, “You might walk.” Feeling the pressure, I ran to Terminal 2 and managed to reach it in about 10 minutes - just in time for check-in. Surprisingly, the staff there spoke my language and was surprisingly kind, which was a relief after the earlier stress. Inside the airport, there are a few cafes and duty-free shops, which is nice, and the security staff also spoke my language, which I hadn’t expected. Overall, while I made it through okay, the experience could have been much smoother, especially with better communication and clearer information from the airline.

basic services with a functional layout, but it leaves much to be desired. The facilities are somewhat outdated, and the airport can feel cramped during peak times. While the staff are generally polite, the overall experience is average, with limited dining and shopping options. It's a decent airport for a short visit but could benefit from modernization and improved amenities.
