The location is excellent! You cross a bridge between the airport and the hotel and you're already there! Wow! I loved it! The room, although simple, was very clean and had all the necessary amenities. It has a good restaurant, excellent service, and great food. I give it five stars! I loved it!

Since I believe 90% or more of your guests stay here for a very short time, they certainly don't notice these issues... or if they do, they prefer not to speak up because they know they are unlikely to return here. However, I am providing my feedback below. 1. Service and Reluctance Some waiters serve as if they are doing a favor. They show a great deal of ill will. 2. Order Error and Lack of Professionalism On one occasion, the waiter misunderstood or wrongly noted my order and tried to convince me that I was the one who was wrong. There is a big difference between Grilled Salmon and a Club Sandwich. 3. Coffee Quality and Knowledge Unfortunately, the vast majority do not know the difference between a Café Latte and a Cappuccino. Not to mention that on some days, the coffee was served lukewarm to cold. Furthermore, I cannot understand the difficulty in providing a spoon when serving coffee. I always had to use the larger cutlery from the table. 4. Breakfast Replenishment Especially during breakfast, the available options ran out very quickly and they were slow to restock. 5. Cutlery Hygiene Cutlery frequently had food residue or stains. In short, they were dirty. 6. Preparation of Fried Foods Perhaps it is worth remembering that fried food, when covered/steamed, becomes soggy and loses quality. Hash Browns are an example. 7. Table Cleaning and Carpet When cleaning tables, they did not use a receptacle for the debris, throwing everything onto the floor. Consequently, the restaurant carpet was always very dirty. 8. Hygiene and Contact with Clean Surfaces Poor hygiene among the waiters, especially after cleaning dirty tables: without washing or sanitizing their hands, they would proceed to set up those and other tables. Touching napkins and cutlery. And to top it all off, some hold the cutlery on the "contact surface" (the part that touches the food/mouth).

I told the hotel my flight was delayed by 24 hours (with 2 days notice) and the hotel did not let us move our stay by one night. I understood this may be due to availability so I asked if we could move our stay to the night of our return flight, a few months later, so we didn't lose our money. They said I should make the request through booking.com and I did, there was no price difference and there was availability but the hotel still declined my request, after suggesting it in the first place! So I've lost $200 and am very disappointed. No flexibility and no support from this so-called 4 star hotel 👎🏼

I wouldn’t recommend rooms are small. they didn’t tell us the AC didn’t work until after we payed. Lucky they sent one to our room but it only helped so much. Beds are small and so are the pillows. I found a bug on my stuff. Restrooms would have a funky smell in the mornings. No breakfast included. Also breakfast is expensive. I just wouldn’t recommend unless absolutely necessary and last choice the location is ideal but not at the expense of everything else.

My husband mentioned there was an airport hotel which I love bc it’s convenient. My flight was canceled today so they gave me a voucher for this hotel which I was happy about so I can see how it is for a future booking/s. Yes, the whole flight was canceled so it’s a lot of people but c’mon!!! The voucher was for 2 rooms and when we arrived, We stated we were a party of 5. If we knew the rooms only had full beds, we would’ve asked for 3 rooms. I’ll be going to the lobby to spend the night. The rooms are at least 85 degrees with no working ac. I want to sleep with the door open as the hallway is a lot cooler. Many people alrdy have complained but they stated there’s nothing they can do as they’re doing construction. If under construction, then they shouldn’t open this side of the hotel. Overall, my experience here isn’t great. Even if an airline was paying, they should be a little more accommodating. I won’t be considering this hotel for my future trips. Just left a bad taste.
