Was cut off intentionally by one there drivers today, this was so he could skip a long line of traffic. Not very smart when you have your company name on the vehicle, very unprofessional.
I definitely do NOT recommend their service. Very unreliable, unprofessional and just no go service. We had 3 transfers booked in total. 2 of them went really wrong. 1h late pick up at both cases, no explanation what and why it happened. Not all we ordered delivered. They promised to get back to me within 24h regarding my email complaint. I´m still waiting for reply.
I booked ACE for a pick up at the Vancouver Cruise Terminal. They ask you if you wanted to include a gratuity for the driver at the time of booking. Don't do it!!! Our driver went to the wrong pickup point (and blamed dispatch) then went to the wrong place at the terminal and insisted we not only go to where he was waiting for us on another level but also another door (our fault for not knowing where he was expecting us). When we finally got to the airport I was very specific with my directions on where we needed to be dropped off as we are both seniors with mobility issues but the first space he found he pulled over and said this was the closest he could get. He pulled our large suitcases on the road and I had to ask him to at least lift them onto the sidewalk for us. I have contacted ACE Charters twice requesting my gratuity at the very least refunded. I have had absolutely no response.
Charter was 45 mins late. No one knows where any of the charters are or how to redirect anyone. Do not recommend if you are using for vacation. Trip was from days inn to cruise line in Vancouver.
I didn’t get why this company has bad reviews. They picked me up right on time both from Abbotsford Airport and King George Station, even driver called me and told me where should we met. Vehicles were both so clean, new and drivers were both kind. It was much more convenient to go to Surrey, when I compare uber+city bus.
