Just completed their 4 week training and can’t say enough good things about the team and the course. It was fun and full on, every day was packed full. Lots of great guest teachers. Something for everyone. The other students were wonderful. I now have so many ideas recipes and skills. My yoga students are already reaping the benefits, and it’s only a few days since it finished. Definitely worth the investment of time and money.

I just completed the 4 WEEK ESSENTIAL SKILLS COURSE and what a blast that was! The school is state of the art with a station for every student and absolutely everything you need equipment wise. It includes a very effective lecture/demo area, work area, and dining area. The real value in this school is the quality of the instructors. They are all top culinary professionals with a wealth of experience in all aspects of food. The learning experience is very hands on and of a very high caliber. The environment exudes such a positive energy and enables one with great confidence in cooking. The evening and one day courses are equally beneficial and enjoyable. Wish I was doing it all over again. Well done Gerry, Grainne, Cindy, Colin, Antonio, Jose, Mateus et al. Amazing professionals. Highly recommended.

I recently completed a month-long course and it was a great experience. Having done a week-long course a few years ago, I was eager to return, and it didn't disappoint. Gerry, Grainne, and Cindy were all incredibly patient and informative, and they were generous with their time and expertise and were supportive of the differing skill levels amongst the group. The ingredients used were always top-quality, which made a real difference. The course also included several demos from guest chefs with expertise in different cuisines, which were all excellent. There was also a fantastic atmosphere among the group, and it was great to share the experience with others who were just as passionate about cooking.

What can I say?! Gerry and his team were exceptional! They have such deep knowledge of the culinary world and all the relevant processes. The food was delicious and I now have a greater understanding of organic foods and where to get them and how to cook them! Probably my favourite part about the Dublin Cookery school is that they support and shop local for produce with an emphasis on organic. The venue itself was beautiful and the overall experience was a solid 10/10. Thank you for a wonderful evening!

We had a wonderful evening learning to cook tasty dishes… a three course meal, plenty of wine and recipes to take home. The facility was clean, well equipped for the class, and our chefs Gerry and Cindy were wonderful. The instructions were always clear. They are also charming and funny. The class was divided into groups of 2 people. Overall, a great time was had by everyone there. Genuine Irish hospitality!
