Major shoutout to Em for helping me with all my back and forth/last minute changing of plans etc. I came to Cao Bang and was going to go on a tour the next day but then a major flood happened! I didn’t end up joining a tour until three days later once the city returned to normal. The tour itself was wonderful - Chu drove me safely to God’s Eye Mountain, Tiger Cave, Ban Gioc (restricted access bc the area was flooded unfortunately) and some other little areas. Bonus: Chu took a bunch of candid pics of me enjoying the scenery haha. Breakfast and lunch were included in my package as were entry fees. Basically everything was taken care of after paying for the tour which was really nice! Thanks to the team! I hope to return one day for a longer tour around the loop!

This was hands down the best tour company I’ve used in Vietnam. The owners went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable. They helped us with everything — from sorting out quality motorbike rentals and providing proper riding gear, to booking our bus tickets and offering helpful local tips. They were incredibly warm and hospitable every time we stopped by their office, always offering a friendly smile, great conversation, and genuine assistance (as well as a cold beer). It was GREAT! The trips that they offer are really nice. The nature, waterfalls and lakes are beautiful also the surroundings all over the place. The villages where the locals live are also very nice to see and learn how they lives. The guide was really good and very friendly. The owner of the company was really nice and helpfull. She arranged everything very well and also helped us with the transfer for our next trip. In one word FANTASTIC.
We went to the Cao Bang loop tour with them. When we arrived they prepared dinner for us and were super hospitable. The loop itself was so much fun. Super authentic and gorgeous views. They combined some hiking as well which was amazing. When we came back she let us shower and made me some steamed corn. Very recommend!
