My husband and I used it to get from Phuket Airport to Phi Phi Island. I was worried about getting a pick-up car at Phuket Airport, but after I picked up my luggage, I saw a paper with my name on it, so I could get in touch with the staff right away. We took a van to Rassada Port, and the driver got out and guided us to the ferry terminal. We had a long wait for the ferry, so we paid extra to switch to a high-speed boat and arrived safely at Phi Phi Island Tonsai Port. You need a bit of English to change plans, but we had a really smooth trip at a reasonable price.

We booked PhiPhi Ferry for our trip from Phuket to Koh lanta. We wanted the safest way since we were traveling with small children. This was an excellent experience. Everything was on time, they provided pick up from our hotel. The ferry was clean and busy but not too packed as we were easily able to walk around. Would definitely recommend.
