I did a day tour on long tail boat to Phi Phi islands with Visa Travel yesterday, and I have to say it’s one of the best tours I’ve ever experienced in my life. Apart from everything being really organized, I have to say the great experience was mainly thanks to the captain assigned to us — Captain Ratch. His way of carrying out the trip was impeccable. The way he treated us, the thoughtful initiatives he took (many of which we absolutely didn’t expect), and the effort he put into making the experience special were beyond anything we imagined. He listened carefully to what we wanted from the tour and tried to fulfill our expectations until the very last second. If you’re planning to book a tour with Visa Travel, ask for Captain Ratch — I can promise you’ll end your day just as happy as we did. PS: Captain Ratch made us feel more than VIP — it was true celebrity treatment. And yes, he even offered to take photos and videos at every epic spot, because he knows exactly where to capture the best angles and the most stunning scenarios.
We had a really great time here! We hired a VIP long boat, it was comfortable, beautiful, and very spacious. We definitely recommend this tour! Our only suggestion would be for the driver to let guests know how much time they have at each stop, and also to indicate when the tour is about to finish. Our driver didn’t speak English, so that part was a bit unclear. Improving this small detail would make the whole experience absolutely perfect! ❤️
We booked the premium long tail boat tour and had an amazing time. Our captain, PK, was great. He explained each of the stops to us and had a great attitude. He was also very accommodating to itinerary changes we had. It’s really nice seeing someone so passionate about their job. There was a miscommunication between the company and notifying our captain that our tour included fruits but PK was kinda enough to provide us a coconut and snacks of his own. For the tour itself, we got to see a lot of cool fishes while snorkeling and even saw a baby shark.
We booked a 2 person, 4 hour longtail boat experience. The price was very reasonable and Adul at the kiosk arranged for the boat captain to meet us the next day at our hotel. Unfortunately that morning the weather was poor, we still met the captain who took us to a café and said he would be in touch via WhatsApp if the weather improved enough for the trip. Adul was also in touch via WhatsApp with weather forecasts and to be informed if the trip was to go ahead. 1.5 hours later, the weather cleared enough for us to give it a go, the sea was a little choppy and there was plenty of rain but we had a fantastic time. The weather just added to the experience, and our boat captain was fantastic navigating the busy and choppy waters to show us the best photo, snorkelling and swimming spots. He would even help photograph us together, and provided all of the snorkelling equipment and life jackets we needed. We had a fantastic time, and loved every minute. Thank you!

I booked a long-tail boat tour all the way from Italy, and it was simply amazing from start to finish! 🌴 From the very first WhatsApp message, the agency staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, giving me all the information I needed and even sending a handy reminder the day before. The tour itself was unforgettable – crystal-clear waters, multiple snorkeling sessions in breathtaking spots, and the charm of gliding between islands on a traditional long-tail boat. And the cherry on top? We had accidentally left our T-shirts on the boat, and they went out of their way to bring them back to our hotel the next day. Exceptional service, stunning scenery, and memories we’ll treasure forever. Highly recommended!
My husband and I used it to get from Phuket Airport to Phi Phi Island. I was worried about getting a pick-up car at Phuket Airport, but after I picked up my luggage, I saw a paper with my name on it, so I could get in touch with the staff right away. We took a van to Rassada Port, and the driver got out and guided us to the ferry terminal. We had a long wait for the ferry, so we paid extra to switch to a high-speed boat and arrived safely at Phi Phi Island Tonsai Port. You need a bit of English to change plans, but we had a really smooth trip at a reasonable price.
