They were able to find us a car last minute, when many other companies didn't have any car available. A very nice and helpful lady took care of our rental, checking carefully the car before giving it to us. No problems when we brought it back. All prices were displayed on the desk and fair for the island rates. Highly recommend!
Very good car, pretty new. Delivered at the airport, went smoothly, returned at the boat went smoothly. Both people were friendly. Nothing to report on the car so no problem, but they weren't looking for the small scratch like you can read for other renting company. Glad it went as good as I hoped reading the reviews when preparing my trip.
Absolutely unprofessional. We reserved a car for today, but there was no one at the office (which was closed) and no one answered to the phone. We lost all the morning of our last day in Pico "to rent" (actually not to rent) this car.
Ask for Benur, he was able to set us up with a car with automatic transmission when all other agencies were sold out. Call or book in advance if possible, especially if you have a hard time with stick/manual transmission. Driving on Pico is not as bad as some described, we had a great experience with the agency and driving here. The car definitely paid for itself and allowed us the freedom we desired. Thank you,
