The Auschwitz and Salt mine tour was very good and the guide at both stops were super! Long day 11 hours but worth getting up for. I would like to mention that I originally booked the 9am slot but 12 hours before departure it got changed to 540am. Kasia was a lovely host and very informative, however my only criticism is that we were told there would be a stop where we could grab lunch but no break stop was longer than 15 minutes. Overall good day and worth doing

After seeing all over social media bad reviews I was so anxious that I had been scammed, on the day of our trip to Auschwitz-Birkenau I can honestly say everything was perfect pick up was changed to an hour later which we didn’t mind as we got to have breakfast before the trip and still had 6 hours on our tour, the guide was fantastic and very knowledgeable we got our tickets smoothly and through security at the museum with ease, all round service was excellent putting us at ease using the company again for more day trips. Highly recommend without any faults.

Really good experience visiting Auschwitz-Birkenau, our guide Mario was very knowledgeable and made it a nice, although heartbreaking, experience at both sites. SuperCracow were also really good, keeping us informed about the booking and meeting times. The coach came on time when picking us up and we were provided with a good lunch which you can add to your tour. Recommend this company for tours!

After reading a few bad reviews, I was really nervous of how this excursion would go. I was so pleasantly surprised and could not have asked for more. We were updated regularly about bus pick up times. Once the bus arrived, we were promptly allocated and after an hour and a half bus ride were given tickets, had a 15 minute break and then entered swiftly. Our pick up time was 5.20am and the bus arrived on time with zero fuss. The tour itself was informative and harrowing. After one hour and 45mins we were given another break, there was a restaurant with beautiful food and there is a lunch option provided with adequate lunch provided at an extra cost on top of tour. We then had a drive to our next location where we had a tour of birkenau which again was informative and heart breaking. We then had a time for a break and a bus ride back to our allotted pick up points. Carolina was a great tour leader, very warm, welcoming, accommodating and professional, she is really great at her job, there was a technical issue on the bus that got dealt with promptly with no issue to us what so ever. Everything ran smoothly on this tour and I would happily choose this tour again! Thanks Carolina!

We have just come back from the Auschwitz– Birkenau and Salt Mines Tour, and it was brilliant. It was a very early start at 4:30am (my son was not too happy about it and I thought it was a bit of a joke at first), however, Sebastian, our driver, explained to us that we had to get there early to beat the queues. And even though it was a very early start, it was well worth it. There were 8 of us in our group, which was perfect. We arrived at Auschwitz around 6:00am and we were one of the first groups to go into the museum. We had to wait till about 8:30am for the museum to actually open, but the restaurant did serve coffee, tea and snacks/breakfast, so it was very well organised. The Tour Guide spoke excellent English; we all had headphones so we could hear what he was saying - overall, it was a poignant tour and essential for everyone to go. We then went to the Salt Mines, and we only had about 15 to 20 minutes to get something to eat. Thankfully, I had ordered the packed lunch from the Tour Guide, which meant that me and my son had two rolls of ham, cheese and salad, a piece of fruit, a bottle of water, a biscuit, and a little chocolate. The food was simple but tasty and also very welcome! Both Tour Guides at Auschwitz and at the Salt Mines spoke excellent English and were very clear. The salt mines gave a light relief to the Auschwitz Tour from the morning, but there is a lot of walking! Sebastian, our driver, was very patient with us all, and also very thoughtful. He let me and my son charge our phones in the car, and then he made sure that we weren’t dropped off far from our hotel. He also recommended some restaurants for us to have dinner tonight. I would totally recommend this visit. Yes, it is a long day, but because we had such an early start, it meant that we were back at our hotel by 5pm so we can rest up and have an evening in the town. I would definitely do this again. And the early start, like I said, was totally worth it. Thank you for an absolutely brilliant day.
