We took the Auschwitz tour, pick up by Daniel from our apartment in Krakow. Communication was very good, pick up time 10.30am, Daniel was very prompt. Journey smooth and tickets waiting. Our tour guide was fantastic. She took time to explain in detail the history of Auschwitz, through head sets, very easy to follow. We were in small groups, which managed the site well, ensuring everyone could experience the place whilst showing respect too. The tour was very saddening, a lot to take in and see. We were then promptly transported by Daniel to Birkenau, where our same guide showed us around the camp. The horror and scale is hard to comprehend, but our guide was very knowledgeable and respectful, very informative. I'd highly recommend visiting and booking this tour. We also had packed lunch provided, which was good. Many thanks.
