He was friendly, funny, and incredibly informative — you could tell he really knew his stuff and had a passion for the city’s history. The tour was a great mix of fascinating facts and fun stories, and the scooters made it such an enjoyable way to explore the Old Town without feeling rushed. Highly recommend this tour if you want to see the highlights of Krakow in a unique and memorable way. Tom was superb!
We had an amazing experience today on the Segway tour in the Kazimierz district of Krakow with Irene and Pedro! The tour was professional, engaging, and a lot of fun. Irene and Pedro guided us effortlessly, sharing deep knowledge about the history and unique character of the neighborhood – from Jewish monuments to vibrant street art and the stories behind the charming alleys. The district itself feels like a magical blend of culture, history, and youthful energy, and exploring it on a Segway allowed us to discover all its special corners quickly and comfortably. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Krakow.

Absolute five star experience with Nikita! The segways are such an amazing way to see so much of the city. I was unsure about my 76 year old father being able to handle it but they are so easy to use and he did absolutely fine. Nikita was charming and very knowledgeable on the city, 100% recommend and would do again in a heartbeat. Thank you so much

This was truly a highlight of our trip. Johan was a brilliant guide on our 2-hour Old Town trip. Showing us all the parts we may have missed, interesting history facts and tips on great places for coffee or dinner! After a small training session at the start, we were all naturally professional Segway riders after 5 mins thanks to the team's expert tuition and then we were straight into the Old Town tour. For anyone visiting Krakow, this really should be a must as it gets you to places you might not have done on foot, and without a guide, we would have simply missed loads of tiny, but crucial and fascinating details, otherwise would have maybe gone unnoticed. It's certainly going to be something we book wherever we go now, and if Segway Point have a station there, we'll be certainly booking through them!
