On this breathtaking journey, we will explore one of the most awe-inspiring natural wonders in the region — the second largest canyon in the world. The dramatic rock formations and deep gorges are often compared to those of the Grand Canyon, offering spectacular views and a truly unforgettable experience. As we travel along the edge of this vast geological marvel, you’ll be struck by the rugged beauty and scale of Oman’s "Grand Canyon."
Our adventure also takes us to a traditional old village nestled in the mountains, where you’ll witness authentic stone architecture that has stood the test of time. As we descend into the valley, we’ll discover a hidden water lake filled with natural mineral water — the perfect spot to take a refreshing sip and connect with nature in its purest form.

If you get the chance to take this tour of Howth, jump on it! It was the highlight of my visit to Dublin, and between Patrick's brilliant hospitality to our fairly large group and the gorgeous scenery, the experience was unforgettable. Patrick's outgoing personality and hilarious antics really made everyone in our diverse group feel included and kept us laughing even as we were hiking up some large hills or passing through cemeteries. Such a gem of an experience that I'm so grateful to have had!

This, by far, is one of the best experiences we’ve had in our travels. Not only that, but Patrick was the BEST tour guide we’ve ever had! He did a great job at making the historical stories of the tour fun, while making sure we stopped at locations along the route that grabbed our attention. There’s also some strenuous parts of the hike, but instead of getting far ahead of us, he encouraged us! If you’re looking for something unique to do while visiting Ireland, you need to have this tour on your list. We promise you’ll love every minute.

We had an amazing time with Patrick and so happy we booked the experience! We had tons of laughs, the views were amazing and the group stayed together for lunch after the hike. Patrick's recommendations were the best! Would recommend this to everyone going to Dublin!

Do this hike, if you like to get outdoors. We had a fantastic day with Mark and Missy. The stories we heard were great. The cliff views were phenomenal. Mark was a very personable and talk to each of us in the group. Missy was cute and had a great personality. Taking the train out to Howth from Dublin City centre was easy.

This hike in Howth with Mark was an absolute gem and a highlight of our Dublin trip! Getting to Howth couldn't be easier – it's just a 30-minute train ride from Dublin (~€5 round-trip). The charming coastal town feels like it jumped straight out of a Hallmark movie, and Mark brought its magic to life through fascinating stories about the area's rich history and literary connections. The hiking route offered breathtaking landscapes at every turn. What made the experience even more special was having Mark's friendly dog, Missy, accompanying us along the way – she was the perfect co-host! The tour includes a pint at the end, giving everyone a chance to relax and chat about the experience. After the tour, Mark went above and beyond by sharing a beautifully crafted video compilation of photos and videos from our hike, complete with a mapped route of our journey – a wonderful keepsake. Thank you, Mark!
