My husband and I went for Arctic Road Trip with driver Jacob and guide Christina. They took us to some viewpoints for photo ops. We got to try snow shoe hiking upon request. The tour included lunch by the campfire on the beach, which was a nice experience. We had cod balacao and delicious brown cheese dessert. This private tour is customizable and reasonably priced (still very expensive for two guests but I saw much higher price from some other companies). We got nice photos from the guide's professional camera sent afterwards vis Dropbox.

We were boat-fishing with Explore the arctic from Lauklines. Although the weather conditions were difficult, we caught some nice fish. The guide supported us very well as beginners in sea fishing. The efforts of the guide were rewarded with some great experiences. Everything is provided: Rods, reels, bait, floatation suits or life jackets and boots if required. All the equipment is of high quality! We were very satisfied!
most passionated tour guide What is most important to have an awesome northern lights tour (besides weather)? A passionated tour guide. He was checking always the conditions, we drove to the Finnish / Swedish boarder. Even though there were northern lights way before, he wanted to have the best conditions and we went further on to more fantastic places. He didn't check his watch to come back on time, the most important was to see nature at his best - no matter when we come back (it was 3:30 am). He took care also of hand / shoe warmers, clothes, tripods and so on. His tipps for the camera settings were great and very helpful. Also I'd like to mention that the driver was extremly friendly and helpful as well. Great team. P.S. He made pics as well and shared them via dropbox. So you have pics with yourself as well.
