Poor experience. Appealed incorrect clamping where we paid for parking but got two digits the wrong way around on car but still paid value of parking ticket. Appealed this issue after paying 125 euro to remove clamp plus 2.20 for parking which we did not get refunded even though this was an "invalid" ticket. The real kicker is the fact that the person paying for parking has a severe chronic illness along with dyslexia so would be easy to mix up two digits. Explained to clamper and refused to stop putting on clamp, even showed proof of purchase of a ticket for car park. He just kept repeating "well it's nearly on now" Clearly no impartial judgement from national transport authority appeals division and in bed with clamping company. Will NEVER use this car park again in Naas town centre which is a pity as it is close to the chemist for my partner who gets tired from walking. Clear lack of equality, social inclusion and judgement from both national transport authority and apoca clamping company. Total cost of theft - €127.20
staff from taxi section have no idea what they are doing there. You ask them for information and they have no idea. They allways give you wrong information. I don’t really on the stand why they don’t allow taxi driver to buy there own plates. And there is old taxi driver that have 100 plates and they rent its out with car and they get €300 rent week. You can’t own one plate but others have 100 plates. And then they say its short of taxi Off course because no taxi driver is happy to work just for expensive. Its Just unbelievable. How they make the rules of taxi. The worst department to deal with. Disgraceful

Don’t ever try a horse carriage in Dublin. They are all impolite and demanding tips. It looks like they are pricy to become kind.
Most ridiculous transport company. Ireland might be the country with the worst public transportation system in North Western Europe. You can’t buy TFI Bus tickets online, you can only pay with COINS on the bus and they don’t have contactless either. I’m sorry but this is a joke of a system.
