We didn’t get to try any food, this was our first visit and came strictly for the beer tasting, we had a few of their locally brewed beers. Our Bartender Francisco was amazing not only explaining how they make their own beers, types of beers they offer but also the food menu and details of their beer tour and hotel, hopefully we can come back one day. We were celebrating a birthday and they were nice enough to play “Las Mañanitas” for us that was a nice detail from them. Amazing Food and amazing service! Truly recommend this place. Great atmosphere and the brewery different flavors, Caro the waitress is very pleasant and knowledgeable with their selection of beer. We will be back!
So so good, highly recommended! We came to try the beer, and I had low expectations for the food at a brewery, but I think this was the best meal I had in Tulum. I ordered the skirt steak medium rare and it was cooked perfectly. The only negative was the server took my appetizer away when she brought the main dish. I meant to finish that along with my meal, but I didn't catch her in time.
We did not eat food, we came in for a beer flight at $240 MXN but the menu looked pretty good, although expensive. For the beer, we liked the main kind (lagerish) however the other beers in the flight left us desiring a better taste. Nothing bad, we just expected more. I guess it is because it is a really beautiful space. The design is outstanding and you may want to spend the evening here because if the beauty of the room, they have created a really beautiful dining area & bar. Cutting edge design that must be mouth-wondering for the desperate attention seeking Instagram crowd (we know you are out there). Probably not a must-stop just for beer but I would have come back to try the menu next time as these types of businesses deserve our attention for creating something. Out of nothing. We stopped in on our way to the airport. They hadn’t started lunch service yet, but made the accommodations for our last meal in Tulum. The food was delicious, shrimp tacos and fettuccine w/ clams. Our server Santiago, was very helpful and made our experience well worth it! I would recommend a stop when in the area.
