We booked a whale shark snorkeling excursion and it was truly an unforgettable, once-in-a-lifetime experience. The staff were kind, helpful, and flexible, which allowed us to make the most of the day. A special thanks to Khalil from the agency for his great support. We were lucky enough to see whale sharks up close — absolutely incredible! Highly recommended
Very professional staff — including the reception team, the boat crew, and the snorkeling guides. Drinks and snorkeling gear were provided on board. There were three snorkeling stops in total, and the ocean and marine life here were absolutely stunning. The staff even used a GoPro to help take underwater photos and pointed out schools of fish when they appeared. The restaurant where we had lunch served good food and had a comfortable environment. All in all, highly recommend this tour company!

Everything about this was perfect. We met at the office, very close to where the boat is. All the staff are kind, patient, knowledgeable, for a 1st time snorkeler I felt very safe at all times. They took us to 3 spots, saw many types of fish, the underwater museum, great tacos on the beach after. The tour was 4 hours total and got to see another part of this lovely island. Make sure to bring pesos for drinks and tips, towel, water. They have a stow cabinet to keep your things so all is dry and safe. The staff and tour are fantastic. Do it!
Safe, knowledgeable, patient, friendly, honest proprietors offering wonderful boating excursions. Roberto speaks English very well and helped us feel relaxed. We did two snorkel trips, 8 people on the first one, 3 people on the second one. Both times we saw an amazing variety of fish and coral. We plan to use this company every time we come to the Cancun area.
