Greta e Domenica

If I had to give a vote for availability, humanity and dedication I would give maximum stars for Teresa, who was impeccable in everything in our search for the house, thank you Teresa ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I contacted this agency to view an apartment for rent. The viewing went smoothly, but later, when the agent called me back to see if I was interested, the experience became unpleasant. I politely explained the reasons why I wouldn't proceed (including the price, which I already knew, but also other aspects I'd noticed during the viewing). Unfortunately, I wasn't even allowed to finish speaking, because the agent immediately reacted unprofessionally, telling me I shouldn't waste their time. I understand their work is demanding, but viewings should be non-binding. Every potential tenant deserves the time they need to evaluate all aspects before making a decision—time that wasn't granted in my case, considering that the viewing took place on Tuesday at 12:30 PM and the call came the next day at 11:00 AM.
