We had a great time and he ran his class like magic! Totally organized. We went shopping ahead which was really fun! My daughter told him ahead I had walking issues and he called a taxi, no problem. It was a real high point in our two week trip!
Luca was a great teacher and we had a great time making macaroni and pizzas. We ate delicious food (all our own…) and loved every minute
Just an all round well run and fun event. Class was very well organised, we made pasta first and pizza second and got to top and eat our own pizzas. Plenty of time taken instructing a on ingredients and technique. Mauricio and Luca were both great and we would strongly recommend.

A cooking class is a very good experience when coming to Sicily and Massimo did NOT disappoint! His personality is lovely, our time together was very informative, we learned a lot, and the food we cooked was amazing!! Must try when coming to Taormina!:)

We had an unforgettable cooking class with Chef Massimo and his wonderful team, learning how to make authentic Sicilian recipes from scratch. From start to finish, the experience was fun, interactive, and full of laughter. Chef Massimo’s great sense of humour and lively personality kept us entertained while making sure everyone felt confident in the kitchen. We didn’t just follow recipes, we learned the secrets, traditions, and little touches that make Sicilian food so special. The hands-on approach meant we could really connect with the ingredients and techniques, and the final dishes were absolutely delicious. It was more than just a cooking class, it was a warm, joyful journey into Sicilian culture. Highly recommended for food lovers of all levels!
This was my third cooking class in Italy and by far the best. The class was fun as well as informative and it was the best food we had on our trip. Chef Massimo was incredibly friendly and welcoming and he generously shared his knowledge with us, guiding us through the preparation of so many unbelievably flavorful dishes—we can’t wait to try them at home! The stunning views from his home added an extra touch of magic to the day, and we were fortunate to share the experience with such wonderful people. It was truly a highlight of our trip.
