This experience is a must for food lovers traveling to Rome and looking for unique and hard to find local spots. The places they take you to would be almost impossible to find or get into without some serious local connections. Giuseppe was our guide and he was super knowledgeable, had a great sense of humor and made the experience super fun. My wife and I live in NYC and actively seek quality food. We had the best burrata we’ve ever eaten at da Enzo on this tour. We ate there before the restaurant was open to the public and when we left, the line was around the block, and for good reason! You also get a tour of a 2000 year old wine cellar at Spirito Di Vino, which was incredible. Everything else was top notch and you also get to meet some cool people along the way. 10/10, will do this again if/when we come back to Rome!
Our tour guide told us her name but she was wearing a “Barbie” shirt and that’s what we all called her for the evening. She was absolutely amazing. We had a great bunch of people and had a wonderful time. The food and information was very interesting and helpful for future travel. Favorite stops were the wine cellar and meat market.
I absolutely loved this tour! As a self-proclaimed foodie, I can attest to the quality of everything we tasted! We stopped at 6 or 7 places (I've already lost track!), and I loved all of them. If I really had to choose, I would say da Enzo, Il Spirito di Vino, and L'Elementare were my top 3, but I'd go back to any of them! Valéria was a fantastic tour guide. I would highly recommend booking the tour with her!
Our guide Leo made everyone in the group feel like fast friends. He had tremendous knowledge of the areas we toured, he was very funny and made you feel at home at each stop. The food and free flowing wine throughout the evening walk was an added bonus.
Valeria was an excellent host. The most favorite stop was of course the gelato. However, the Restarante Spirito di Vino was absolutely the best and the wine cellar was fantastic. Enzo's was awesome. Best organic extra virgin olive oil I have ever tased. Norcineria was absolutely delicious with the white pizza & pork.

Great overview of Italian the delicious Italian cuisine. The tour was well balanced and greatly thought of. Our guide Walter was knowledgeable, and he went above and beyond to help us understand the history and variety of Italian food and drinks, all of which were extremely tastey.
