avoid avoid avoid! If you go here make sure to buy tickets online as the machines out front will overcharge you or just not give you the tickets you asked for. After waiting 30 mins in line I was greeted with hostility about getting a refund, heaven forbid I want to get one, not like you charged me 52€ for a 10€ gardens ticket. It’s been over a month since my visit and I only just got an email back stating that there’s nothing they can do. Looking at these reviews I’m not alone in my experience so it feels like the park doesn’t care about scamming people.

The whole customer journey works so stupidly and not logical at all. Like, why can’t you just buy tickets for all the castles in one ticket office? No, you have to go to a separate one for each castle..seriously? Then the guy at the entrance sent us to one ticket office, and the woman there sent us to another one. We wasted 45 minutes just figuring out where to buy the tickets. And when we finally got there — a long, huge line and only one person working. Why can’t you make it logical and convenient for people?

Do some research before you go and you will save yourself a lot of headache and wasted time. I didn't go inside but the grounds outside are worth visiting and exploring. Take your time and explore, there is more to see than at first glance.

If you're hiking up and someone tries to pick you up, make sure you understand the cost up front and just say no even if they try to manipulate you into getting into their vehicle. Some driver mislead us and then wanted 30 euro (35.16$) for a 7 minute ride. He then tried to get us arrested for not giving into his scheme. Just a terrible experience that tainted the whole exhibit for us. We ended up giving him 20 euro so he could leave us alone. Listen to your gut if someone offers you something in this area. From what we've seen, they're not really trying to help you, but take from you.

Buy tickets ahead of time or plan to get a ticket then hike or drive somewhere rise and come back. 5:30 ticket with place closing at 6 dues not give enough time if it want to take your time or read about stuff.
