Our group of 2 couples did the Frascati Cooking Class with Dominique on Oct 2. We had just arrived in Rome the day before and were given very specific instructions from getting on the train at Termini to arriving at the old farmhouse. Dominique was passionate, knowledgeable, and incredibly welcoming, making us feel like part of the family. The foods we made were fun to create and so fresh and tasty. The wine complimented the foods. Even our husbands enjoyed the experience! This was an unforgettable, authentic, and hands-on experience.

If you’re reading this and thinking about doing a wine tour, stop thinking and just book this one! It’s easily the best wine experience I’ve ever had. From the vineyard walk and helping with the harvest, to tasting the grapes, enjoying a delicious homemade lunch, and sampling the outstanding wines, every moment was perfect. Even the dinner recommendations were perfect. The highlight of our trip to Italy for sure! A special thanks to Dominique, whose warmth, knowledge, and enthusiasm made the whole experience so memorable. Be sure to check out her website to make your booking!

I’ve lived in Rome for about 2 years and this is my FAVORITE wine tour!!!! Dominque does an amazing job of providing such a local, real experience and being so easy to communicate. Amazing vibes and even better wine!!! And gorgeous countryside. Truly the best time and highly recommend.

Paola and Giovanna were fantastic! Great tour of a vineyard with a thorough walkthrough of different variations of wine making. Going through the cave was a cool experience and the tasting was a great experience. I enjoyed the tour of the town of Frascati just as much as the vineyard as it was neat to see the dynamic of the small town. No pressure to buy any wine either.
