We had a wonderful private tour (The Wonders of the Lake) with Bellagio Boat Tour back in July. Denis, our host, was very helpful and communicative before and during our tour, and I really appreciate that he offered to take photos of us with the beautiful background at multiple points (and at multiple angles) throughout the tour. The captain, Emiliano, was extremely knowledgeable and shared interesting history about the lake and surrounding villages. We learned all sorts of info spanning different centuries - from how different villages communicated with each other in the Middle Ages, to the origins of the beautiful villas we saw today, and what galas and celebrations took place around the lake. I felt that the tour was a perfect mix of slow moments to take in the scenery, and zipping around the water to enjoy the views at a faster pace. The boat itself was very beautiful and comfortable, with a sunken-in seating area around the steering wheel, and a cushioned area in the back that was perfect for leisurely stretching out on. I’m also very appreciative of how flexible Denis was when we had to reschedule our tour due to rain. I was worried that we’d either miss it entirely, or have to brave the water in the rain. But rescheduling via WhatsApp was seamless and we still got to enjoy an amazing tour.
We did ‘The pearl of the lake’ tour. Our host treated us to a 1st class service, his English speaking was excellent and clear to understand. His knowledge was impeccable. He handled the boat safely and correctly. Therefore we would recommend any couples or families to use this company. Also the boat was brand new and extremely comfortable, and well catered for to meet your needs and wants.

What an amazing trip around the lake. Our guide shared history and fun facts about the area and the beautiful homes. And the afternoon ended with a rainbow. I highly recommend this tour company you won’t be disappointed.
We had such an amazing time with Dennis as our boat captain on Lake Como! He was so kind, welcoming, and easy to talk to, and his English was great, which made everything super smooth. My fiancé and I felt really safe and comfortable the whole time, and Dennis went above and beyond to make our trip special. On top of being a great captain, he’s also an incredible photographer, he took the most beautiful photos of us, especially during golden hour, that we’ll cherish forever. We flew in all the way from Chicago, and booking with Bellagio Boat Tour (and having Dennis as our captain) was honestly one of the best decisions we made. Couldn’t recommend him enough!
