We had a phenomenal tour of the Accademia Gallery, home of Micheangelo’s David. Susanna, our guide, was absolutely perfect. Due to an error on my part, I accidentally scheduled our tour for a day we weren’t even going to be in Florence. Even though we didn’t notice our error until the day we would be in Florence, Susanna really went above and beyond to make sure we got our tour while we were in town, negotiating with the museum and meeting us that very afternoon. We were a bit constrained on time, but she pulled together a masterpiece of a tour, tailoring it to our own needs and interests. Cannot recommend this tour or praise Susanna enough.
