I really enjoyed this tour and the customer service. I enjoyed the snorkeling and the time allocated to take it all in. Excellent service. Most of the other fast boat services were fully booked and at short notice I required picking up from my hotel and a fast boat to and from Bali to Gili Tarwangan. They were punctual, professional, great at vommunicating and responding and even stopped on route so my partner and I could get a bite to eat after not wanting to eat before the boat hit water on our return to our hotel. I would highly recommend using this company's services and I certainly will be again. Thank you for catering to my needs. D.Williams
