Scammer!!! Asked to prepay for the ride from the airport to the city for x2 the regular price. When I arrive to Athens in an hour delay (which I informed him beforehand) he told me that we need to wait another hour for another couple to join our PRIVATE order and when I told him that it's not ok he shouted at me on the phone and told me that he's cancelling the ride. Also he was not even waiting in the welcome hall as he promised. Don't mess with this guy/service.

I arranged our transfer from Athens Airport to our AirBNB in Athens with Valvis Michalis. Communication was great with quick responses. Driver met us at the airport with a sign with my name. Flight was delayed for two of the travelers in our group. He arrived as they were making their way to the meeting place. Just as it was discussed with Valvis. Our driver was very helpful with luggage for six adults. He was friendly and answered all our questions about the city. Price was very reasonable.

Three transfers, from the airport to the city hotel, from the hotel to the cruise port in Pireus. And from the cruise port to the airport. Communication via email very responsive and quick, payment also digital. Drives were every time on time and easy to spot at the terminal exits. Vans hold easely 4 people and luggage. Safe driver and good AC. Highly recommended as our privious experience with public taxi in Athens was bad.

Mediocre experience (3 shuttles). The shuttle vans were good and had good AC. One driver was very friendly, but drove with lots of jerky movements on the windy roads, to the point that one passenger vomited. The reservation system and communication is poor, as it is all via emails with no official confirmation form (just the word "confirm" in some emails when I asked for a schedule change or confirmation of the shuttles, and no communication when they delayed a pick up time due to our intended arrival time at the airport). Payment is expected in cash upon pickup, with no receipt, so that feels quite tenuous when paying for a shuttle a week's time in advance. 3 stars because we arrived everywhere we scheduled to go, but otherwise not great.

If I could give a negative zero thousand I could. I’m extremely disappointed with this company. I booked what was advertised and priced as a full Athens City Tour, but what I received was not a tour—it was just a driver taking us from place to place with zero guiding, no commentary, no historical insight, and no licensed tour guide in sight. I could’ve booked a basic transfer service for a fraction of the price. When I brought this up, they doubled down and insisted this wasn’t a mistake or misleading. But let’s be clear: the price I paid aligns with an actual guided tour, not just transportation. And based on their own website, the services were supposed to include a tour guide. This experience felt dishonest and misleading. If you’re looking for a real cultural or historical tour, do yourself a favor and book with a reputable company that understands the difference between a transfer and a guided tour. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for authentic travel experiences in Greece.
