Paul is absolutely incredible! He is beyond knowledgeable and absolutely passionate in his craft and the history of his country. He brought us to hidden shops, went through intricate details of each site, took us on sites that were not even in our itinerary, provided us with coffee ☕️ and took care of the bill, sat with us and enjoyed each view it out looking at the clock, and he took incredible pictures that you could only get by knowing very hidden areas to take the pics. He arrived earlier than anticipated and wanted to give us the opportunity to experience a few additional areas before the tour was even supposed to begin. He held umbrellas for us the entire time and make sure we were safe and well taken care of. He introduced us to local business owners whom have been established in their shops since the 1800s and had a few tastings and stories that we did throughout the day. We ended up almost touring for 6 hours which didn’t feel long, it was rich & luxurious, filled with history & beauty, detail upon detail, and the absolute best tour BY FAR that anyone could ever possibly book. Every time we stopped he opened the door for us. You can’t get anything more luxurious & with such a high level of service. His attire was even top notch as well! What an incredible journey & Paul is not only highly recommended but he is a treasure and a gem in itself with a wonderful personality, professionalism, and someone that…. “If you’re lucky to book” it’ll give you an experience of a lifetime! We had a fantastic time during our tour with Paul through London! He was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and brought the city’s history to life with great stories and humour like the one about the Bus jump at Tower Bridge. Before we started, he asked us what we would like to see from the city. He then tailored the experience perfectly to our interests and made every stop memorable. He was great at taking pictures of us at the many destinations while talking about the History of the City. Paul was THE Best tour guide experience we’ve had, Paul was prompt, pleasant and polite. He has an encyclopedic knowledge of history, landmarks and more importantly ALL the streets of London. He was very flexible and responsive to our requests but showed so many things we didn’t even know we needed to see! His beautiful car was comfortable and itself an attraction at many of the venues! We felt more like a friend was showing us around London rather than a hire. We had a lovely time and would most highly recommend Paul to anyone touring London!
I can't say enough great things about Paul. If you're visiting London and want a fantastic overview and history lesson this is a great way to get it. He was very communicative on pickup time from our hotel, never felt uncomfortable with asking any questions, and seemed to genuinely enjoy meeting new people and spreading his knowledge.
