Very informative guide who was very engaging. Had a good balance of being guided and time to go through parts of the area at our own pace. The addition of the Tower Bridge was great!
Seemed expensive for what it was, could’ve just bought tickets directly, but got the early-access tour which couldn’t get otherwise. Also tour seemed limited with time, as they rush you off the the Tower Bridge skip the line self-guided tour which was good too
This was by far the best excursion! Ben was a terrific guide and being able to experience the opening ceremony and go in early is a must do for anyone visiting London. We were given lots of information and the tour was never boring.

The venue is undernearth the southern tower. Head to the old control room next to it on the eastern side to be let in.

There is a series of bascule chamber concerts that run here every year but you can also book a tour. It's an amazing space to use for performance. The information from Totally Thames on how to get there wasn't great and Google didn't have much at the time. I hope this pin will be helpful for others.
