We had a lovely 3 day tour to Amsterdam with Loch Lomond Tours. The bus fetched 3 of us in Bathgate and our driver was Daniel. We all arrived not knowing anybody but left with lots of travel friends. The coach took us onto the boat and through to Amsterdam and delivered us at the centre of town. We had 4 hours to tour the town then back to the bus and onto the boat and home again. This was the best holiday I have ever had. Thank you Loch Lomond Tours for creating affordable holidays for us.

Although our driver Gregg did an amazing job as our tour host there are a few things for future reference I think Loch Lomond travel would greatly appreciate to enhance the customer experience. Firstly - Communication; This was very limited after booking our trip, the only time we received any form of communication from Loch Lomond travel was when a payment or passport information was due. There was very little to no information regarding the trip throughout the process, I had to email over for the itinerary and location of the bus as online it just said Glasgow. Secondly - Information; The information given in the itinerary wasn't very detailed. Excursions, day trips etc had been planned in advance, however as the Itinerary just said a free day to enjoy Amsterdam, we felt there was no time to rush and we had plenty opportunity to explore. This was not the case as we had to be back with the bus for a certain time activities had to be moved around, had this been stated more clearly on the itinerary then we could plan better in advance, again with the half day in Amsterdam the next day. The saving grace for the experience was our coach driver Gregg who was lovely and approachable, He was also great with the kids onboard the trip and answered any questions we had about the trip. We would come again to a lochlomand trip, if Gregg could always be the driver! Can't praise him enough.

Loch Lomond is a big lake with clear water and green hills around it. You can walk, ride a bike, or take a boat to enjoy the views. There are fun things to do like kayaking and paddle boarding. The small village of Luss is nice to visit, with shops and places to eat. It’s a quiet and beautiful place to relax and enjoy nature.

What a phenomenal experience with Loch Lomond Travel on the 5 day tour of Lewis and Harris…. what can we say from start to finish… what a fab hotel at Cabarfeidh with lovely food, friendly staff going above and beyond their duties….. Excursions of Harris and Lewis along with guide Chris Ryan with his incredible knowledge …. Last but not least a special shout out to our coach driver Mark, making the trip as enjoyable as it can…. Highly recommend to give this trip a visit, now I am looking forward in booking our next trip…. Sad it has come to an end 😊⭐️

Just arrived back from Amsterdam trip with girlie pals, all had a wonderful time and had great banter with some of the other passengers. Andy our driver kept us well informed and created a great informal experience. Will definitely be using again and already looking to do the Christmas Mystery tour. Thanks again Jean, Margaret, Annie, Cathie and Vivienne
