This business claims to be a Christian business but I have my doubts. I have tried to cancel my account with them and have called and emailed for 3 weeks now to no avail. The jewelry though pretty is not worth the money. This was a gift for my birthday from my husband but the jewelry is not worth the price. I am so sad to say that it is not worth what he has spent on it.
My order is totally wrong. I received two different necklaces and I can not leave a message as voice mail is full and no one is responding to my emails. They have also stopped sending me my daily emails for inspiration…I wonder why? 😂
UPDATE: I finally received an email back and they refunded me and allowed me to keep the items. Pleased this was finally addressed and rectified. However unless they change their response time and product quality I can’t recommend ordering from here. Very unhappy with the lack of customer service, long wait time for the order to be sent & the overall quality of the items purchased. I ordered four items. And it took almost four weeks from the order date to receive them. Once I got them they were cheap and not the quality I expected. One of the clasps to the necklace broke after opening it ONE time. The medallions were very large and the gold color was already turning silver in some areas. The chain was long and cheap and silver for a gold pendant. I bought this as a gift for my daughter and it took so long to receive that I had to find something else for her when I was excited about the meaning behind this gift/necklace. To add insult to injury I have contacted customer service three times via email over three weeks with zero response. The return description on the website is to email them. I have done so and it’s been almost 30days and soon I will be without a refund unless they magically respond and make things right. I am now concerned if I mail my items back I won’t receive a refund at all because no one will even respond to an email and I will be completely out of luck with no items and no refund. It’s absolutely unacceptable to just ignore your customers. I paid almost $200 for my order and I will never do business with this company again. I wanted to support a Christian owned company and I regret it.
I live in Amman, Jordan, I have already bought 3 items from this wonderful place…(actually my aunt that lives in the States has ordered them for me) and it has great reminders and promises that God has given to us… so instead of a tattoo, i can hang it around my neck. It brings me peace every time I read what it says on it…🔥🙏🏼
