I visited soul spa on a trip to bath as I wanted to try out the Virtual Reality Meditation experience. I enjoyed it and glad I did it, it was interesting and very unique. The beautiful scenery on the headset was amazing. Friendly staff too.
The sound bath was a profoundly relaxing experience - really unique and so easy to take part in for a half hour of total decompression. The lady that led the session was extremely welcoming and made us feel very comfortable. Highly recommended
A visit for my husband and I, our first time, wanted to try, also wasn't sure about the weather forecast. Anyway, lovely place, very serene, smelt divine, as you would expect a spa too. Staff, she was lovely, kind & helpful. The sound bath experience, my husband feels the benefits are increasing after the event. I was impressed by the experience, it was weird as felt a pain appear in my shoulder which disappeared as quickly as it came. I thoroughly recommend you try this experience
I got a free sound bath as part of a promotion, but it was well worth paying for and I hope to go back soon. I was a little apprehensive at first but those feelings quickly went away as Grace (the lady who led the session) was friendly and welcoming. I felt connected with myself, and even had a little cry as everything came to the surface! A beautiful way to process things, and great value. Thanks Soul Spa.
