Enjoy a full-day shore excursion from Malaga to the historic city of Granada and explore the world-famous Alhambra Palace, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Begin with a scenic two-hour drive through the Andalusian countryside in an air-conditioned coach, arriving at the majestic Alhambra to discover its intricate Nasrid Palaces, stunning courtyards, elegant arches, and the impressive Palace of Charles V. Explore the Alcazaba fortress and its Torre de la Vela, offering panoramic views over Granada, before continuing to the tranquil Generalife Gardens, once a royal retreat filled with exotic plants, fountains, and the scent of jasmine. If time allows, stroll through Granada’s historic center and visit the medieval Albaicín district, with its narrow Moorish streets, Arab shops, tea houses, and views of the Alhambra across the River Darro. This tour should not been taken by anyone who is not in pretty good physical condition as there are a LOT of steps and lots of walking. That said, this two part tour was brilliant. Both guides we had were friendly and very knowledgeable and made the tours interesting. We took the bus (C32) from the Isabel la catolica stop and got it back to the same stop. You can walk but we were so tired after the tour we decided not to. Definitely a tour we would recommend.

Granada and Alhambra is a stunning piece of Spain’s history, our guide Luis was a wealth of knowledge. He took us through a journey in time of this palace/fortress/city and water source - Alhambra’s lifecycle with its gardens is magical. Thanks Luis!

Abel was our guide in Granada during the city center tour and we were impressed by his knowledge and kindness. We highly appreciated him and what he told us.

Cynthia was very informative. We really enjoyed the tour. I was with my two daughters and they have lots of questions and she was answering them. She is really excellent and she has lots of historical information that was unique.

Patrizia was very informative. Know her history well. She's very friendly and her English is quite good. Besides giving us history lessons and stories, she also offered tips and places to go for food and scenery. All in all, a very pleasant and enjoyable tour. Love to do it with her on another tour.
