Your adventure begins with a guided stroll through the world-famous La Boqueria Market (not available on Sundays or late classes), where you’ll explore colorful stalls brimming with fresh seafood, seasonal produce, and aromatic spices. With your apron on and a chef’s guidance, you’ll master the art of authentic Spanish paella—seafood, chicken, or vegetarian—while learning tips and techniques to recreate it at home. After your delicious paella feast, enjoy a dessert showcooking session and a celebratory farewell toast. This experience is perfect for travelers, couples, foodies, and private groups or corporate team-building events, offering a shared culinary adventure that brings people together. Each participant leaves with a full recipe set and memories of a hands-on, flavorful experience in the heart of Barcelona. I had a super evening with my colleagues cooking with Alix in Dublin. Great experience cooking together and the added bonus was we ate the results 😃

Booked a team night out at Alix's cookery school and it was very well organised, relaxed and fun.. What I enjoyed the most (apart from the gorgeous food) was that we had the place to ourselves so we could chat freely and roam around the room chatting to different colleagues, something you don't get when you just go out for dinner. We all sat together at the end and ate the food that we made - around a big old farmhouse type table. It felt like we had gone to someone's house for dinner but no-one had to cook (or wash up!). We will definitely be back again, thanks Alix and team!

Great team building activity for a 10 person group. The place is lovely, chefs are amazing at teaching great recipes and the dishes were delicious. We had a fabulous moment as a team cooking and eating together!

With a group of 9, my team and I joined Alix for a really fun and educational evening of cooking. Alix and her team were wonderful hosts and ingredients were fresh and of high quality. I highly recommend this as a team building and bonding activity.

Alix gave us a really enjoyable and relaxed cooking lesson at our home cooking two amazing Asian dishes - fish parcels and chicken laksa - and some delicious vanilla forked biscuits. She gave us some great tips for our cooking, including info on knives, food prep, etc., as well as detail about the ingredients we used. It was such a lovely evening - thanks Alix!
