Embark on an unforgettable 11-hour VIP excursion from Tenerife to the enchanting island of La Gomera. Your journey begins with a comfortable ferry ride from the Port of Los Cristianos, arriving in the historic capital, San Sebastián de La Gomera. As we travel inland with an official guide, you will witness the island's dramatic shift in climate zones. Our first stop takes you back in time to the area of ancient super volcanoes, where you will marvel at the iconic Roque de Agando. Here, you can observe the fascinating natural phenomenon of horizontal rain before we venture into the heart of the island. Prepare to be mesmerized as we enter Garajonay National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage site. You will explore the Laurisilva, an ancient subtropical forest that has survived since the age of dinosaurs. The adventure continues through rural landscapes to Chipude and El Cercado, where you can discover local products and a 500-year-old pottery tradition. We will pause at the breathtaking Valle Gran Rey viewpoint for incredible canyon vistas. During a stop in Laguna Grande, you will experience the unique Silbo Gomero, the island's ancestral whistled language. Our tour concludes by winding through the scenic northern villages of Agulo and Hermigua before returning to San Sebastián. Here, you will have time to walk in the footsteps of Christopher Columbus, exploring historic sites like the Torre del Conde from his final port of call before his voyage to the Americas. This comprehensive day trip offers a deep dive into the history, culture, and unparalleled nature of La Gomera.

Theodore

Its our first visit to the canary islands and we trying to get out and see as much as possible. We did the 8hr tour and it was incredible, our driver/guide managed to keep us all entertained (a mixture of English, German and Spanish tourists). His knowledge and passion for history, culture, music, economy and landmarks mixed with his energy levels meant at no point did anything feel forced or boring. The man loves his island and has a genuine love for telling anyone who will listen. I forget our guide's name but hes a keen cyclist and really welcoming and friendly. The mini bus wasnt cramped at all, at 6ft4 I was sat in the front. I simply cant recommend their tours enough for anyone who wants an almost intimate dive into the island of Tenerife. Great work!! Theo and Marie.
