My partner and I used this tour company for a whale watching tour from Samana, Dominican Republic. We had a great time! We followed a mama whale and her calf and were able to get fairly close along with several other boats. It was a very impressive experience! The tour guides offered us soda or water on the boat and we also made a stop at Cayo Levantado after whale watching tour and enjoyed a meal (included) and some beach time :)

Boat ride was fun buy it's self if you don't see whales, And if you do and have never seen whales before it will be the best time of you life

We saw whales, and it was truly unforgettable. But the whole experience was ruined by terrible organization and a complete lack of concern for safety. From the very beginning, it felt like the company was just reselling someone else’s tours—there was no company name on the boat, no logos on the crew’s shirts. No one from the staff introduced themselves, and I couldn’t figure out who was the guide and who was just another tourist. The boat was overcrowded to the limit. We were packed so tightly that there was literally no room to move. Taking so many people out to sea like that was irresponsible and dangerous. But the worst part was that, despite the weather worsening rapidly, the crew did nothing. It started raining, the sea was rough, yet they didn’t even offer basic rain ponchos. There was no warning about the storm, no safety briefing—nothing. They just loaded 80 people onto an unmarked boat in pouring rain and stormy seas and sent us off with an anonymous crew that didn’t even bother to introduce themselves. The entire trip, I was terrified for the life and safety of my 4-year-old daughter. She was subjected to an unnecessary and reckless risk because of the company’s negligence and indifference. On the way back, we stopped at an island where they almost left behind part of the group. This only highlighted the chaos and total lack of organization. Yes, we saw whales. But no sight is worth the fear of losing your child. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone who cares about the safety of their family.

Great tour, the staff are very accommodating and informative. Have been on a few watchings and this was by far the best. The vessel is comfortable even on a day with pretty big swells. Also, they have most major languages covered. Kim Beddall runs a first rate operation.

Well, it doesn’t matter where you book your tour, you land by the same local provider anywhere. Wales watching was great. Bacardi beach ok. The lemon waterfall is great. People transporting you by the horses to the waterfall permanently begging for the tips, what’s not great. Apparently they not get any money for their work.
