They processed us very quickly. If you don't print your luggage tags they have a place you can write one out. Easy to walk here from downtown hotels.
We did a round-trip cruise to Alaska on the Coral Princess from Vancouver. The embarkation process was the smoothest we have ever done. Very well organized with friendly people guiding you every step of the way. We were on our ship in under 30 minutes! Disembarking was just as quick. We were in our taxi and off to the airport in no time.
Beautiful public space , and with decent public toilets , (washrooms) inside. You can also walk around a boardwalk of about a mile which gives the feeling of heading off into the giant estuary which is the beginning of the long entrance to the Pacific Sea.
There were only 2 ships that were leaving when I was there. The process of getting on our ship was extremely seamless. The staff were welcoming and pointed us to each area with smiles.
We left here on a Celebrity Cruise. Considering the size of the terminal and the sheer volume of people in the area (there were 4 cruise ships in dock), it could not have been any smoother and hassle free to access and board our ship. Every step along the way was lined with very friendly and helpful staff, directing you to exactly where you needed to be.
