With Zeebrugge being some distance from Bruges, and here for only a few hours on a cruise stop, we wanted transport that was quick, reliable and not too pricey. The Cruise Express shuttle delivered. Walk off the ship, head to their sales desk, buy a ticket, or show your receipt, and hop on. Their drop off spot is just out of town, but within 5 minutes you will have your camera out and be snapping away. For the return just walk back, wait for the next bus and head off. They run roughly every half hour and drop you back right outside the cruise terminal less than half an hour later. We bought tickets in advance but there’s no advantage - you still have to line up and exchange your receipt for an actual ticket, so just turn up on the day. Boarding at both ends was chaotic, but they did the job for a very good price.

They announce a frequency that may be met, but not with the necessary capacity. When we came from the port there were two buses at the same time, and when we tried to return there was only one. We arrived on time, with a margin of 5-10 minutes, and they told us we had to wait another 30 minutes for the next bus. I wonder what happens when there are no more buses for the day. And they don't warn about this anywhere. We should have pay attention to the reviews. Hopefully, with one more, people will choose another option.

Purchased ticket online. Clear instructions where to meet up and followed google maps but that was obvious and unnecessary. Got my paper ticket for the bus right across the street from the cruise terminal and lined up for the bus. Off just 10 min later to Bruges. Got there well before the rest of the cruise ship started filling up the town. Bus was waiting at 13:45 when I wanted to return and sat in the nice AC while waiting to leave promptly at 14:00. Great service and quick comfortable trip. Would recommend.
