Very cool ancient site. We were here completely alone and the prices are cheap as well. Would recommend for sure!
A very interesting museum with a large outdoors area. The site dates back to the iron age and everything in-between. The exhibits in the main building are very interesting but all the information is in Bulgarian only. Out side on the site all signs are in Bulgarian on one side and English on the other. I would suggest you get to the site early because it can get very warm after 12 and it's a large site with a hill to climb for the best veiw. It's not really suitable for wheelchair users.
It's an awesome place for you to take a breather. Easy to find. Easy to park. The museum was interesting but the sanctuary at the top of the hill was therapeutic. I highly recommend the climb to the top of the hill and acknowledging the adopted dogs that guard the premisses. Love this place ❤️.
Awesome place. Located on a large area. Includes archeological remains from many ages. Allows a pleasant walk through improved paths. At the top of the hill is a Thracian sanctuary. Great panoramic view.
